As our new Digital Change Manager, you will offer strategic counselling to our clients and architect their digital change strategies and programs. It is your mission to promote corporate growth through the implementation of customized digital roadmaps. You are passionate about new technologies and innovative ways of working and collaborating.
Strong professional experience in Digital Change Management
Professional background in HR transformation desirable but not mandatory
Academic background in Business Administration, HR, IT, Digitalization or related fields
Customer-centric mentality and experience in finding your way into corporate structures
Excellent command of English and German (both written and oral)
Initiative, determination and willingness to travel
Conducting readiness assessments and designing strategic roadmaps for digital change projects
Implement new and ongoing digitalization projects of NOVELDO and clients
Focussing on HR-related aspects of digitalization, such as digital recruiting, onboarding and company culture
Managing project communication and project stakeholders
Changing the (digital) structures in which organizations work and collaborate
Designing and conducting workshops, webinars and trainings for our clients
