As our new Digital Change Manager, you will offer strategic counselling to our clients and architect their digital change strategies and programs. It is your mission to promote corporate growth through the implementation of customized digital roadmaps. You are passionate about new technologies and innovative ways of working and collaborating.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong professional experience in Digital Change Management
  • Professional background in HR transformation desirable but not mandatory
  • Academic background in Business Administration, HR, IT, Digitalization or related fields
  • Customer-centric mentality and experience in finding your way into corporate structures
  • Excellent command of English and German (both written and oral)
  • Initiative, determination and willingness to travel

The Role

  • Conducting readiness assessments and designing strategic roadmaps for digital change projects
  • Implement new and ongoing digitalization projects of NOVELDO and clients
  • Focussing on HR-related aspects of digitalization, such as digital recruiting, onboarding and company culture
  • Managing project communication and project stakeholders
  • Changing the (digital) structures in which organizations work and collaborate
  • Designing and conducting workshops, webinars and trainings for our clients

Website implementation will be as much part of your job as conducting SEO, creating ads for social and creating visual and verbal content. You are a creative thinker, an independent spirit and also a dedicated team player with a hands-on attitude.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 3 years professional experience in a similar position
  • Academic background in online or digital marketing, business administration or related fields
  • Profound knowledge of marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Strong experience with SEO and web analytics tools
  • Excellent command of German and English (both written and oral)

The Role

  • Architecting strategies for inbound and digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Conducting social media management and SEO
  • Creating content such as visuals, video, text and blog articles

You will facilitate high-level customer experiences and help maximize our corporate growth.  You bring a hands-on mentality, a strong work ethic and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Qualifications

  • Academic background or professional experience in online or digital sales
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in a similar role and proven sales track record
  • Excellent command (written and spoken) of both German and English
  • Great people skills, strong work-ethic and goal-oriented mentality
  • Advanced experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Combine a take-charge attitude with “out of the box thinking”

The Role

  • Develop digital and social sales strategies for the NOVELDO brand
  • Develop marketing & sales content, drive and grow our brand
  • Research prospects and identify sales opportunities
  • Build and develop a pipeline of prospects
  • Conduct social sales workshops for our clients
  • Monitoring and reporting marketing & sales performance
